Eligible applicants are required to submit their application online via PTMS at http://www.moh.gov.sg/ptms by the closing date: Thursday, 8th July 2010, 4pm.

The intake application batch number is 1110.

All applicants are requested to read through the circular and its attached annexes, and ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements before applying.

Only short-listed applicants will be informed of the respective interview dates and times via the email and Short Messaging Service (SMS). Shortlisted applicants are required to confirm their attendance for the interview via the PTMS website.
