To receive timely health information, follow these steps to update your contact details on the HPP.

1. Please go to the Health Professionals Portal at http://www.hpp.moh.gov.sg/

2. Click on the Professional Group that you belong to :
   
   • For Doctors Login
   • For Dentists Login
   • For Nurses Login
   • For Pharmacists Login

3. Login using your professional registration (eg. SMC, SDC) number and password; or SingPass.

4. On successful login, click on 'My Profile' on the top of the page.

5. At the 'My Profile' page, scroll down and update your email address and mobile number in the required fields.
